A compost top dressing application is an efficient way to build organic matter in the soil. This will support your grasses, plants and trees to root deeper. With deeper root systems there will be increased drought resilience, and more effective nutrient cycling. 
 
For yards that are very compacted and beat up consider combining with a core aeration service, this will help break up compaction and get the compost deeper into the soil.
